This organic crop is processed using the washed method, where the outer skin of the coffee is separated immediately after harvest. The coffee is then immersed in water tanks for 6 to 72 hours of fermentation to remove the honeydew film surrounding the coffee beans. The coffee is then placed on drying beds for 5 to 7 days.
